Hello All:  We recently bought a Excel Tent Trailer and I must say the owner of this company (Scott) and his team are to be commended on their quality of the tent trailer, customer service/sales personel, right up to delivery to our front door. When I finally decided that an Excel Tent Trailer would be perfect for us, Vik was my go-to person that answered all my questions, was very responsive to emails, and was able to pay by e-transfer (awesome & easy). Vik made the entire process from start to finish a very good experience.  I would highly recommend this Canadian company if you are thinking about owning a small tent trailer. We will be towing our new Excel Tent Trailer with a Can-Am Syder and now can't wait for spring to arrive. For some time we’ve wondered what it would be like touring the country on our CAN-AM Spyder towing an Excel II Tent Camper. Although we are not ready to move forward at the present time, I’d like to share my experience exchanging emails with Vik Saddi, the Sales Manager at Excel Tent Campers. Working with Vik was truly amazing! I had moments when I thought, surely I’ve exceeded the number of questions allowed, but no, Vik would always respond, often going above and beyond with his responses. When I knew we had to tell Vik we were not going to move forward, I wasn’t certain how he would respond, would he respond, after all, we had spent days exchanging emails, etc. Of course my concern was unfounded. Vik wrote back to say he understood and remains ready to help us when the time comes. While I don’t currently own an Excel II Tent Camper, and therefore cannot attest to its quality, I can confirm they have Outstanding Customer Service!
