AVAILABILITY

We encourage you to always read the full product description before making a purchase. Furthermore, the products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. Although Excel Tent Trailers by SLT uses reasonable means to update the Website as frequently as possible based on stock on hand, the Website’s updating may be delayed and, as a result, a product may not be available, even if displayed as such on the Website. If the desired product is not available, Excel Tent Trailers by SLT reserves the right not to accept your order as described below in the section entitled “Refusal or cancellation of an order.” Excel Tent Trailers by SLT is not liable for any stock out or any damage that may result from a stock out or a delay in delivery.

METHOD OF PAYMENT / BILLING

Payment can be made by e-transfer or wire / bank transfer.

REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

Excel Tent Trailers by SLT also reserves the right not to process or accept, at its sole discretion and at any time, an order in certain cases, including, but not limited to, cases in which the desired product is out of stock, a pricing error exists or important information about a product is missing or inaccurate on the Website. If we do not process an order or refuse an order pursuant to the above, we will notify you, and you will not be billed or, if you have already been billed, we will provide you with a refund.
